Food Service Management Companies (FSMCs)

Attention FSMCs: Urban Academy  Of Greater Pittsburgh Charter School, a sponsor of the National School Lunch Program, is requesting proposals for full-service food service
management services.

**A mandatory walk-through meeting / pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 4/24/2024 at 10:00 am along with food tasting to be held at The Urban Academy –  437 Turrett Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15206.

Construction Project

The Urban Academy of Greater Pittsburgh is planning to develop the property located at 123 Meadow Street Pittsburgh, PA 15206. The project consists of the alterations and improvements to an existing two-story building to create an administration office. Additional information regarding this project can below:

Cleaning Services

The Urban Academy of Greater Pittsburgh Charter School (“School’) is accepting bids for a contract to perform
evening custodial and cleaning services from 6:00 PM until 5:00 AM at the school, a 36,687 sq. ft facility. All
companies placing bids must do a site visit and walk-through to be considered. Bids herein will be received in the
Urban Academy of Greater Pittsburgh Charter School, Office of the Director of Operations, until 1:00 PM July 8,
2024. Bids will be opened at the same hour in the school CONFERENCE ROOM.

A firm-fixed-price contract will be made in writing to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contract will be awarded to the responsible firm whose proposal is most advantageous to the school, with the price and other factors considered.

The Board of Trustees of the Charter School reserves the right to reject any bids or select a single item from any bid.
